RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund. Returned items must be new, unassembled, and unused in their original packaging. We currently do not offer gift exchanges.
Only items purchased from with original receipt will be considered for refund or exchange. To return a product, please contact our Customer Service Center for more information.
REQUESTING A REPLACEMENT
For defective products, feel free to contact us at "email@example.com". Our customer service team is more than happy to help you replace defective parts.
You can request a replacement for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective. At this time, exchanges for different items are not possible, but you are welcome to place a new order on our website at www.thelazydog.co.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Please allow 14 business days to process your return. You will receive notification via e-mail confirming that your return has been received and processed. If, after 14 business days, you still have not received e-mail or written confirmation that your return has been processed, please contact our Customer Service Center. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any eligible refund to appear on your credit card statement.
CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
Once an order has been submitted, you must contact our Customer Service Center to attempt to cancel or change it. We are unable to honor customer requested to cancel or change orders that have already entered the shipping process with the exception of remaining items in a partially shipped order.
